The problem
Certificate requests come in by email through the day. Each one is read, checked against the policy, and typed up by hand. A certificate that does not match the policy is an errors-and-omissions problem, so the checking matters.
What we do
We read each request, check the cover against the policy on file, and draft the certificate. Anything that does not match the policy is flagged for a person to look at.

What you get
Certificates drafted as the requests arrive, with mismatches caught before they go out. The agent issues from a finished draft instead of starting from scratch.
US firms issue more than 400 million certificates a year, with an estimated 5 to 10% carrying manual errors. — IA Magazine, Feb 2026
